This explains what RestoFind collects, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

What we collect

Your name, email address and phone number when you create an account. The orders and reservations you place, including the restaurant, the items and the total. Reviews you write. Nothing else about you is collected.

Why we collect it

To place your order with the restaurant, to hold your table, to show you your own history, and to let a restaurant respond to a review you left. Restaurants see the orders and bookings made with them, and the contact number needed to reach you about one — not your wider history.

Payments

You can pay with Chapa at checkout, or pay the restaurant directly when you collect. Card details go to Chapa, never to RestoFind.

Your data is yours

You can see everything held about you from your profile, correct it there, and ask for your account and its history to be deleted by writing to support@restofind.com. Deletion removes your account and personal details; orders a restaurant is legally required to keep for its own records are retained without your contact information attached.

Who else sees it

The restaurant you ordered from. Our hosting and email providers, who process data on our instruction and nothing more. We do not sell data and we do not share it for advertising.
