What RestoFind is

RestoFind lists restaurants, takes table bookings and passes pre-orders to the restaurant you chose. The restaurant prepares and serves the food and sets its own prices. RestoFind is not the seller of the meal.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself and your contact details current — a restaurant may need to reach you about an order. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Orders and bookings

An order is a request until the restaurant accepts it; a restaurant may decline one and must give a reason, which you will see. Prices, VAT and any service fee are shown before you confirm, and the total you approve is the total recorded. Tables are held for a set window and released if nobody arrives.

Reviews

Write about your own visit. Reviews that are abusive, defamatory or not about a real order are removed. A restaurant may reply publicly but cannot edit or delete what you wrote.

For restaurants

You are responsible for your menu, prices, allergen information, opening hours and for honouring the orders and bookings you accept. Listings can be suspended for repeated no-shows against confirmed orders or for information that is misleading.
